ParisT expressed his first interest in music at the age of 7, when he started Piano lessons at the National Conservatory of Greece. After being educated in Classical Music for 10 years, he joined Philippos Nakas Conservatory, member of the Berklee International Network, and after 3 years he graduated with a Jazz Piano Diploma, having studied with the renowned Jazz pianist Manos Athanassiadis. The course included advanced harmony, history of music, Latin piano, piano styles, arranging, ear training, improvisation, analysis and work with ensembles. Around that time, he also completed a DJ Diploma course and immediately started working as a Dj in bars, clubs and various themed events.
In 2016, despite having been accepted to study full time at Berklee College of Music in Boston, he elected to move to England, UK and join the University of Huddersfield, in order to graduate in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Music and Sound for Image (Music Technology course).
Over the 4-year period he attended the University of Huddersfield, ParisT worked with many young musicians and completed various projects in music composition, production, recording, sound design, branding and world music.
In 2019, he spent the entire summer season in Santorini island, where he was the Dj in over 100 events in the island’s most beautiful locations, with the client list including celebrities and people from all over the world, with different race and cultural background.
As the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2020, ParisT was enrolled in the Master’s in Music course in Musicology, at the University of Huddersfield again, having accepted the university’s offer to remain in West Yorkshire, continuing at the same time his work in freelance music composition and production, graduating in 2021.
Since then, ParisT is spending the winter seasons in Athens and London, and the summer seasons in Santorini and Mykonos, actively DJing, while also working on a freelance base in various Music Production projects. Also, in 2024, he undertook the setting up of the sound system and summer DJ residency of Aqua Loca Beach Bar in Milos island, hosting and supporting various Celebrity/VIP Guest artists.
